TA & NLP Masterclass led by Julie Hay FIPD FRSA M Phil DMS.

Julie has extensive experience as a trainer, consultant and manager within industry, government and the public sector. She has master’s degrees in management and for research into managerial and organisational effectiveness, together with international accreditation to train others in both transactional analysis and neuro-linguistic programming.

Participation in this two day workshop will be strictly limited to 9 - the programme will be highly participative and intensely practical, giving you the opportunity to work on current issues that are relevant to you

A potent combination that will give you the tools to work on current issues that you face within your organisation. A clear explanation of the two approaches and how they can complement each other. Guidance on choosing which approach, and which model within it, for which situation. Plus plenty of practical ideas for making your training and consultancy more effective, whether for individual, team or organisational development.

This Masterclass will give you the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills for using TA and NLP, separately and together, to devise and implement potent interventions relating to individual, team and organisational development. The final selection of content will be geared directly, to the current needs of participants and may include such elements as:

styles and systems - what makes us tick and how do we function; developing skills as trainers, consultants, facilitators, mentors, coaches; building real teams; group dynamics and stages of group development; stimulating creativity and innovation; leadership and team roles; corporate cultures; developmental stages of organisations; values, ethics and visions; creating community.

Julie Hay has written numerous articles and books on people skills, including : Transactional Analysis for Trainers (McGraw-Hill 1992, Sherwood 1996); Working it Out at Work: Understanding Attitudes and Building Relationships (Sherwood 1992) and Donkey Bridges for Developmental TA : making transactional analysis memorable and accessible (Sherwood 1995); NLP Practitioner Manual (Sherwood 1998).

She is internationally endorsed to provide training and supervision in both TA and NLP and has extensive experience of running this type of training around the world. In addition to regular open programmes, she has trained trainers and consultants within British Airways, Metropolitan Police, J. Sainsbury, Probation Service, MaST, CMTC Management Centre, SGF Yarsley, Taylor Clarke Partnership, and Integro (Finland).

The fee for this non-residential Masterclass is £655 plus VAT. This includes lunches, refreshments and training materials. 

Please note that because we run our courses with limited numbers, we may not be able to fill a place if you cancel at short notice. In that case, we will expect full payment for any cancellation notified less than 4 weeks before a programme commences, or an administrative charge of 20% for cancellations received more than 4 weeks but less than 8 weeks before programme commencement. Substitutions are acceptable at any time.
