We offer tailored programmes for trainers and
consultants. These can be run in-house, or for groups of independents who come
together to develop themselves.
They are led by Julie Hay,
author of Transactional
Analysis for Trainers (McGraw-Hill 1992, Sherwood 1996); Working
it Out at Work: Understanding Attitudes and Building Relationships (Sherwood
1993) and Donkey
Bridges for Developmental TA: Making transactional analysis memorable and
accessible (Sherwood 1995). Julie is internationally endorsed to
provide training and supervision in TA to others who want to apply it as
professionals.
The courses are highly participative and
intensely practical, giving participants the opportunity to work on current
issues that they face in their organisations. The following are examples of
possible content; the final selection will depend on the time you have available
and your specific needs.
